Julia Clare Ecock

Julia Ecock is a New York City based actor and performer. Born and raised in Gerritsen Beach, Brooklyn, New York, Julia has been immersed in the NYC theatre scene since she can remember. She is a proud alumni of the Musical Theatre department at the Professional Performing Arts School (PPAS), and recently earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.​

Julia found her love for performing playing "Dorothy" in her Elementary school's production of The Wizard of Oz, and ever since she stepped on stage in those sparkly red shoes, there was never a doubt in her mind that she would be a performer. At age eleven, Julia started her training at Acting Out! Premier Acting Studio in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and began dancing competitively at Horizons Dance Studio. She credits so much of who she is today to her amazing mentors at Acting Out, as they always believed in her and pushed her to be the best she could be.

 When she isn't performing, Julia loves to travel, spends time with her amazing family, is down to try every restaurant in NYC, and is a (very) amateur pickle ball player! She's also probably binge watching every dystopian movie she can find. It's an art!
